1. SHIPPING Shipping will be calculated at the checkout based on your delivery address and selected items. At present we only ship within Australia. All items are sent with tracking advice via Australia Post. The Nutcracker Sweet Shop wants your items to arrive as quickly as possible and in the condition that it left our store. We take every care with your items and pack them accordingly. We aim to dispatch all items from our shop within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been packed and sent. Shipping times are approximately 3 to 10 business days depending on your location. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times, but we will keep you updated with the delivery of your Christmas, Candy & Plush Toy items. You will receive confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been marked as shipped. Express delivery is also available. This is the fastest delivery option offered by Australia Post. Please see the checkout for rates. Please allow extra time for your deliveries to arrive during busy periods 2. LOCAL PICK UP We do offer a FREE click and collect option on our website. Simply select LOCAL PICKUP at the checkout. In most instances, we will require 1 to 2 business days to pick and pack your order. Once your order is ready for collection we will contact you via the email provided by yourself. Pick up is only available directly from our Shopfront at 111 Old Maryborough Road PAILBA QLD 4655 3. ORDER Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post. If you wish to track the delivery of your order, you can log in to the Australia Post website HERE and enter your tracking number. Once your order has been packed and shipped with care by The Nutcracker Sweet Shop we take no responsibility if the goods are damaged or lost in transit or stolen once delivered. Customers must supply a valid contact email and mobile number. We accept no liability if we are unable to contact a customer if the contact details were not supplied, were supplied incorrectly or are invalid. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address is correct. Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods or undelivered goods. This may lead to additional delivery fees. In the event that there are any issues with your order, The Nutcracker Sweet Shop will contact you via phone or email. 4. RETURNS Please choose carefully as The Nutcracker Sweet Shop does not provide refunds for change of mind. The Nutcracker Sweet Shop will accept product returns and provide you with a store credit or refund if: • The product is faulty or the product is not what you ordered. • It is the customers responsibility to contact us via email within 7 days of receiving a delivery to report any faults or issues. • Product must be in the original condition and packaging for return. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason, including and without limitation; unavailability of product, error of image, product description, if the price is wrong or there is an error in your order. The Nutcracker Sweet Shop only lists products that are available for instant delivery, unless specified on the product page as "coming soon". We will notify you if a product is unavailable and discuss the options before we dispatch all of your order. In the event The Nutcracker Sweet Shop may need to cancel part or all of your order we will issue a refund in full consisting of all amounts you paid for the unavailable product. 5. Payment methods are as follows: We DO NOT offer Cash on Delivery. We DO however accept payments made via Pay Pal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and After Pay. Personal Information that we gather during the processing of your order will not be on sold or used for any other purpose than to do with the processing of your order and emailing you in case of any complications to do with your order.
